Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set & Tree Builder Punch by StampinUP

Card made by Sue B. of  Normal, IL

Color Scheme:  Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride, Crushed Curry, White & Mint Macaron (Retired)

The ice cream cone and all 3 scoops were embossed with clear embossing powder.

The "Sprinkles of Life' Stamp Set has a matching "Tree Builder Punch".

It won't be long until ice cream season is over and we will be shifting to fall leaves,

pumpkins, ghosts and goblins!!  And then there is Christmas.......

Oh, and I hate to mention the "S" word, but you know that "white stuff" is bound 

to be making an appearance before we know it.

(At least in IL where I live)

So, I'm just getting you all pumped up here for some fabulous

Party Animal Designer Series Paper is featured in 2 Birthday Cards

This project was done at a recent class & we made the sentiment with 3 colors of ink.

The stamp is fairly big, so the gals used sponge daubers to apply all of these ink pad colors:

Pacific Point, Crushed Curry, & Emerald Envy

We used the Party Animal Designer Series Paper and matching Washi Tape

In this picture, you can see the front of my card with twine and 3 balloon punches.

The same Designer Paper was used (or from the same pkg. anyway)

This is a fun fold card so when you open it and fold back the flap, it looks like this!

I also used the "Sprinkles of Life" Stamp Set from the Annual Catalog.

Yes, this will be returning in the new book as well.

Punches by StampinUP: Fox Builder & Tree Builder Specifically

The Fox Builder Punch and the Foxy Friends Stamp Set were used on my card here.

This tag would be adorable on a birthday card or gift bag!

The Scalloped Tag Topper Punch is shown on pg 186 in the Annual Catalog

Very cute idea someone had to make a basket

Although the corrugated paper from StampinUP is retired, it could be substituted with something else

I'm not a lover of ice cream but I know a few people who love cones all year round!!

(and I've been told the more sprinkles, the better)  :)

Here are 3 card shares today all featuring the Ronald McDonald set "Sprinkles of Life".  The first card was made my me and the other 2 were on display boards at Convention.

Bowl of Ice Cream w/ a few "Sprinkles of Life"

This card was a project for my recent Card Buffet.  The new StampinUP set "Sprinkles of Life" along with the "Tree Builder Punch" made this bowl of ice cream (with a cherry on top) very easy to make.

Color Scheme:  Hello Honey, Smoky Slate, Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Blushing Bride, and Real Red.

I used the textured embossing folder " Large Polka Dot" for the background on the vanilla card stock.  The bowl was made from a stamp in the "Work of Art" set.

Sprinkles of Life, Cones, & Cupcakes!

Todays post is a couple of "sweet" cards made with the stamp set "Sprinkles of Life".  Card # 1 was made by Debbie Kramer and I think Card # 2 was made by Sheryl Diemer, but I'm not for sure.  (Demos from Peoria, IL "Stray Ducklings" Mtg. please correct me if I'm wrong).

I got up really early to finish things for my "Card Buffet" today & tomorrow.  I'm running out of steam, so this post is short & to the point.

Dotted Lace Trim w/ Sprinkles of Life (cool opening)

This card swap was made by demo Sheryl Diemer.  Color Scheme:  Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Watermelon Wonder, & White.

Sheryl used a cool opening for this card.  2 Dimensionals were put on the back of the white circle clear over on the right side.  She also scored the Bermuda Bay card stock behind that circle to allow for easier bending to open the card.  Its kind of hard to explain how this works but hopefully you will be able to tell by the 3 pictures below.  If not, please contact me with any questions.

Sprinkles of Life & For Your Country

The 2 card samples today feature a couple StampinUP sets-one whimsical and one patriotic.  Doesn't the first card make you just want to run out and get a summer ice cream treat?  It does me, and I don't even like ice cream!  (only soft-serve DQ for me please)  Any other ice cream just does not cut it for me and I guess thats a good thing and a calorie saver.  Thanks for stopping by my blog today & every day.  Lori
